Përgatitja:
Në një enë/tas porcelani ose plastike rrihen vezët me sheqer derisa vëllimi i tyre të rritet dy herë e gjysmë, shtohet miell dhe përzihet me kujdes. Veçan shkrihet gjalpi dhe me të përzihen lajthiat e grira. E gjithë kjo masë hidhet në brumë duke e përzier me kujdes.
Pastaj brumi hidhet në tavë me korrent duke i vënë në mes formën e cila lyhet me gjalpë dhe pudroset me miell. Pas pjekjes lihet të ftohet, pastaj hiqet nga tava duke e përmbysur kekun, hiqet forma e mesit dhe pudroset me sheqer pudër.Zbukurimi sipas deshires un kam vendosur ta bëj me karamel.
